By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App from your device and canceling any active subscriptions through your Apple ID account.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Locally stored data may remain on your device unless manually deleted.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This Terms of Service document is designed to work in conjunction with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Both documents together govern your use of Caffeine Mode. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail for matters specifically addressed therein.
