1. BINDING AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

1.1 LEGAL BINDING NATURE

This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User") and Lucky Number Generator, LLC ("Company"). By clicking "I Agree," downloading, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions herein.

1.2 CAPACITY TO CONTRACT

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited from using the App under applicable law.

2. COMPREHENSIVE ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMER

2.1 ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSE ONLY

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• This App is designed EXCLUSIVELY for entertainment purposes
• All number generation is purely random and algorithmic
• Fortune content is entirely fictional and not predictive
• No content should be relied upon for any real-world decisions

2.2 ANTI-GAMBLING ACKNOWLEDGMENT

You understand and agree that:

• This App does NOT facilitate gambling, betting, or wagering
• Generated numbers have NO predictive value for lottery or gambling outcomes
• The App does NOT increase odds of winning any games or lotteries
• Use of this App for gambling purposes is strictly prohibited

2.3 NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

You acknowledge that the App does not provide:

• Financial or investment advice
• Professional consultation services
• Predictive analytics or forecasting
• Any form of professional guidance

3. STRICT AGE VERIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE

3.1 AGE REQUIREMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using this App, you certify under penalty of perjury that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have provided accurate age information
• You understand the legal consequences of providing false information

3.2 ONGOING AGE COMPLIANCE

You agree to immediately discontinue use of the App if you are under 18 years of age at any time during your use.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

4.1 PERMITTED USES

You may use the App solely for:

• Personal entertainment purposes
• Generating random numbers for fun
• Sharing appropriate content on Fortune Wall
• Accessing subscription features you have purchased

4.2 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You expressly agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any gambling or betting activities
• Provide false information about winnings or outcomes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Share inappropriate, false, or misleading content
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

5.1 SUBSCRIPTION TERMS ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees through Apple App Store
• Comply with Apple's payment terms and conditions
• Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled

5.2 NO REFUND GUARANTEE

You acknowledge that subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

6.1 PRIVACY POLICY INCORPORATION

You acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6.2 DATA COLLECTION CONSENT

You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. RISK ASSUMPTION AND LIABILITY WAIVER

7.1 ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the App, including but not limited to:

• Any decisions made based on App content
• Technical malfunctions or errors
• Loss of data or access to the App

7.2 RELEASE OF CLAIMS

You hereby release and forever discharge the Company from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

8.1 GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.2 ARBITRATION CLAUSE

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

8.3 CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Company and agree not to infringe upon these rights.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.

11. AGREEMENT MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

12. SEVERABILITY AND ENFORCEABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the App.

14. SURVIVAL

The provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to liability limitations, dispute resolution, and intellectual property acknowledgments.
